JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing all daily operations of the site
• Design and management of Logistics Processes
• Country E-Commerce Profit / Loss Responsibility
• Optimization of Delivery Processes in terms of cost and customer satisfaction
• Customer relationship processes (Call center, management of all operational channels of operation support issues)
• Management of country-specific content / design processes
• Performance marketing management

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• University graduate (preferably business / economics / marketing or engineering)
• Preferably 5 years experience in similar positions in ecommerce
• Has assumed responsibility for profit / loss in previous positions
• Which is prone to Web technologies
• Analytics tools, design processes and tools dominate digital marketing tools
• Good English-speaking
