Вакансія Technical Support and CAMO Engineer

Our Client is looking for a Technical Support and CAMO engineer for a new and exciting role in our newly created department in Kiev.

Your busy workday will see you as a key player, coordinating customer tasks from large aircraft maintenance checks to small tasks scheduled both in Denmark and internationally. You will be expected to work closely with the Customer Solutions department to ensure timely delivery of required job cards and work packs, updating ERP system “Pentagon “and keeping ahead of the game when it comes to sourcing and providing the team with up-to date documentation. On top of this there will be an expectation that you also support our CAMO activities and report directly to the Office Manager in Kiev.

Main responsibility:

CAMO

• Keep organization updated on EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) and NAA (National Aeronautic Association) requirements
• Ensure CAME procedures are complied with
• Ensure aircraft records are held, maintained and delivered at standard according to CAME procedures
• Ensure relevant certificates and aircraft document approvals are controlled and reviewed
• Ensure relevant maintenance and airworthiness data is available
• Ensure A/C status system is up to date

Part-145

• Evaluate incoming work packages, work with engineering to create an accurate estimate of jobs required to feed back to Sales
• Together with Customer Solutions estimate RFQs from customers to ensure we know exactly what we are expected to deliver including any spares or specialist tooling that may be required.
• Understand and plan line maintenance requirements for our line customers
• Co-Ordinate with LMM required manpower to achieve contracted line maintenance
• Customer/technical contact for Line stations
• Management of daily report to line customers
• Pre-maintenance check of SBs, requested repairs and evaluation of incoming work with planning
• Investigation and acquisition of CMMs as required
• Manage tasks ERP system “Pentagon “, ensure any data inputted is correct. Update MPDs, task cards, inserted JICs as required
• Deal with minor item requests such as man power assistance off-site, Storage, Borescopes and items requiring only a one page agreement or PO from customer.

Personal profile:

• Short/medium length post-secondary education i.e. Diploma/technical engineering or occupational related education i.e. logistics or production
• Relevant experience in production planning/tech services environment
• 2-3 years’ management experience of personnel
• Knowledge aircraft maintenance is essential
• Excellent at both written and spoken English
• You work systematically and follow things through to completion
• Thrive in a fast paced ever changing environment where you will have the chance to set your own agenda
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
