Appko (appko.com) currently is seeking a full-time IT Recruiter. This role will support our recruitment team in Kiev office. You will be headhunting some of the industries top Developers and Engineers for excellent opportunities to help staff our teams with fortune 100 companies such as Google and Cisco.

Duties and Responsibilities
Recruiting and headhunting highly qualified Ukraine and CIS IT and non-IT personnel
Use creative and innovative sourcing approaches to identify, source and engage candidates
Pre-screen and interview candidates to define skills, knowledge and experience according to position requirements
Perform as the primary contact point for candidates and conduct the full recruiting cycle (communicate status, answer questions and coordinate all follow-up efforts)
Coordinate all interview stages
Communicate regarding recruiting achievement, provide updates to all stakeholders through meetings, email updates etc.
Create and extend the recruiting pipeline, maintain database of candidates and recruitment related reports

Skills & Abilities
1+ years of recruiting experience preferably in the IT industry
Understanding of software development company functioning
Experience with full lifecycle recruiting for software and engineering roles
Must have a strong command of English, both oral and written
Experience supporting, developing and implementing Recruitment processes at an IT company
Result-driven, team-player and passion for finding great people!
Must have very strong interpersonal skills
Influencing and negotiating skills
Excellent learning agility and ability to work on multiple stages of the process at once
Must be very detail oriented with a passion for quality output
Should have a B.A or B.S or equivalent industry experience
