Infopulse Ukraine welcomes talented professionals to join our project and to work as a Java Developer for our respectful client BICS for full time in our Kyiv office.
As a Java Developer you will be responsible for developing a BICS product as part of an agile team composed of Developers, QA Engineers, a scrum master, and a product owner, starting from user stories to a shippable product. The development is performed with respect to a specified definition of done, making sure the product passes through defined continuous integration gates (unit tests, code coverage, automated integration tests, automated E2E tests).
Qualifications
- Experience with Java (currently using 8) /Spring-core, batch, boot /JPA(Hibernate)
- Ability to read and write SQL queries, and optimize them if needed
- Good knowledge of Oracle Database, Apache Tomcat Server, Webservices, Rest API, Queueing mechanism
- Some experience with Javascript single application development (npm, webpack, jest, reactjs, etc)
- Ability to write efficient code and unit tests
The following technologies are used in our projects in addition to the main ones: Jenkins, Maven, GIT and Sonar.

- Ability to analyse and structure development
- Proficiency in English, and ability to discuss technical aspects, functional and non-functional requirements with stakeholders
- Being proactive and solution-minded, with the ability to assist and help end-users if needed.
