Requirements Develop new and support, troubleshoot and modify developed products.- Provide customer support on the phone and via email- Accurately analyse, estimate and write solution proposals for projects and potential projects. Satisfy technical requests and inquiries from business.— Work fully in English (written and spoken upper intermediate)- French language is an asset (not required)— Produce accurate, complete programming deliverables with a minimum of rework.— Produce timely reports upon request by the business.- Complete testing to ensure deliverables meet requirements, including quality and reliability.- Make software initiative recommendations to support business goals.- Produce documentation to support projects.- Communicate with managers in Canada and provide reportsWork will be performed using, but not limited to, the following skills, platforms, and programming languages: .Net, C#, XML • ASP.NET, WEB API • SOAP and RESTful API interfaces • Microsoft SQL • Microsoft Visual Studio 2010/2013Foxpro (not required, but a plus and may be required to learn on the job), Telerik (not required, but will be required to learn on the job)Working conditions:- Work online from 8am - 4pm.- Have your own computer and good internet access
