Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of projects.
• Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements;
• functional areas; develop methods to monitor project or area progress; and provide corrective supervision if necessary.
• Responsibility for assembling the project staff; for their technical or functional development, performance, and/or termination during the project or projects.
• Manage project budget and resource allocation.
• Plan, coordinate and report local roll-out of Headquarter Ideal Processes
• Conduct GAP-analysis with process experts and discuss possibilities for improvement with management
• Train people in process management and give guideline for customer centric process design
• Consequent implementation of process orientation in Headquarter
• Effective and sustainable continuous improvement of processes in Headquarter
• Efficient processing aligned with the project plan (resources, schedule)

Requirements

• 3 years of Project/Process Management experience
• Broad process overview and basic knowledge about IT-systems (SAP, CRM)
• Advanced knowledge about and/or experience in project management
• Advanced knowledge in MS office (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)
• Ability to initiate/manage cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects
• Experience in motivation the team and handle resistance
