AllUnite — Danish IT start up which provides Google tools for physical stores. We make the offline stores digital by providing a large variety of services from outstore ads, instore ads and business intelligence — traffic around the store, conversion of people entering your store, number of recurring visitors and heatmap.By using the levers from e-commerce regarding traffic measurements, conversion rates, re-targeting, and profiling of customers AllUnite began to put up free wifi connections for consumers across Denmark. Building on the data received from these outposts AllUnite creates a strong threshold for digital anonymized profiles and their whereabouts.

Now AllUnite is currently hiring an additional Operations manager.

Job responsibilities:

• Purchasing internet services and internet equipment
• Conducting market research
• Seeking and following up with customer companies to provide missing information or other needed information or requirements — address, details and info on demark point, internet broadband volume details
• Fixing internet problems for the customer
• Guiding in setting up equipment in a proper way
• Micromanage every event — email and call daily for everything. Follow up to get confirmations on of tasks
• Negotiating billing issues with Internet Provider companies, explaining and convincing why certain charges are incorrect and AllUnite is to get credit for that
• Setting up calendar invites, performing computations and formatting in excel and inserting stats in a timely manner
• Setting up online portals

Qualifications we’re looking for:

• Excellent English is a must — spoken and written
• Preferably with knowledge of internet telecommunications industry or similar
• Good communicator, who can find a way to work with different type of people and can understand people of other countries cultures well
• Good at excel, knowledge and experience with advanced formulas and formatting is an advantage
• Understanding of accounting — will be an advantage
• Good at prioritizing and planning
• Good problem solver
• Detail-oriented
• Stress resistant, ability to work under pressure
• Flexible, can work in the evenings and extra hours certain days to meet a deadline.
• Disciplined to work remotely
