Miele is the leader in innovation for high-quality domestic and built-in appliances as well as commercial machines for professional use, is looking for Head of Sales Domestic Appliances - Miele Ukraine.
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the different business models for driving synergy and productivity
in key business results- sales turnover, unit's growth, cash collection, and new
contract generation;
- Be responsible for net sales and profit (level of discount) and cost center budget;
- Grow market-share and units in existing market and maximize new business
development opportunities in new territory/channels/sectors;
- Develop and nurture relationships and business with major national accounts in
all channels;
- Ensure conceptual idea can hit the ground and forge close collaboration with peers
(functional heads) with especial attention to marketing and customer service;
- Ensure benchmark and best practices are shared and implemented;
- Manage and provide the leadership across internal and external process stakeholders
to ensure the policy/procedure compliance and working efficiency, while maintaining
focus on the company's strategic goals and customer satisfaction;
- Build and amplify personal and business networking and resourcing for maintaining
the very active agility for creating business opportunities and brand positioning.
Experience & Education:
- University degree, MBA is a «+»;
- Long-time experience in sales for high-end brand, especially for durable goods/
capital luxury/premium FMCG;
- Industry: ideally in business to business / residential projects/retail business /
premium FMCG;
- At least 5 years in managerial position with proven experience in a similar role
in an international company;
- Professional user of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint;
- Fluent English and Ukrainian, German as a plus.
