International Financial Service Company is searching for a Data analyst to join our team.

Full-time.

Languages: English - sufficient to communicate with colleagues and conduct business correspondence (upper intermediate+).

Main responsibilities will include:

• Formation of regular reporting;
• Forming reports on the requests of colleagues from other divisions;
• Building an effective dialogue and cross-functional cooperation (within Commercial department and with Operational Companies) in business decisions making process;
• Preparation of regular & ad-hoc analytical reports.

Ideal candidate will meet following requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing or Management received in reputable university;
• Knowledge of SQL (we use MySQL and MS SQL Server);
• 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably, in analytics, CRM, marketing, risks;
• Good in English, Russian and Ukrainian both spoken and written;
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills;
• Advanced user of excel, data mining skills;
• Ability to learn quickly, multi-task and excellent time-management;
• Strong personalty and organizational skills;
• Good understanding of data modeling;
• Experience of configuration of BI tools, building dashboards and report prototypes.
