The Canadian-based company seeks for a candidate for the postition of Digital Marketing Manager to join the Ukraine team.

Responsibilities:

1. Advertisement and promotion planning and control;
2. Digital media campaigns;
   1. Create, track, analyze, and optimize pay per click campaigns (Google AdWords and Facebook Ads as a basic toolset; CPI networks, Bing, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter and other as an expansion opportunities).
   2. Conduct A/B testing of various tactics, objectives, audiences; drive data-driven decisions around what content to feature, which calls-to-action to place.
   3. Proactive explore and test new campaign types, tactics and strategies to create system of continual optimization and growth
   4. Establish and upgrade report(s) and dashboard(s) with ads benchmarking metrics
3. Corporate website and social media maintenance;
4. Event and promotion management;

Document flow (both external, internal).

Expectations:

Must:

1. Copywriting/media/marketing/analytics background;
2. Work experience in working with:
   1. Google Adwords - search, GDN, YouTube (video), mobile;
   2. Facebook - paid ads, Facebook Pixel;
   3. Google Analytics;
   4. LinkedIn, Twitter;
   5. Google Tag Manager;
3. Strong MS Office skills;
4. High fluency in Google AdWords, Facebook Ads and promoting mobile applications.
5. Knowledge and experience with AdWords automation and scripting.
6. Understanding the value of current business' customers list for acquisition and retention (client segmentation principles, remarketing in AdWords, custom and lookalike audiences in Facebook).
7. Proficiency in Ukrainian, Advanced level of English;
8. Project-management and planning skills;
9. Ability to work effectively in high-load environment; problem-solving approach.
