Вакансія Core Network Cyber Security Manager

Core Network Security Manager will help BU Eurasia OpCo teams in the implementation and life cycle management of strategic infrastructure technologies, responsible for the network security including Core, RAN, SS7 Signaling networks, firewalls and technological network security architecture. Network Security Manager will be responsible for mapping out strategies to stabilize infrastructure, lead and collaborate on projects and support local teams to implement new technologies that ensure ongoing adequate and sustainable network security support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide the support on Incidents, problems, tasks and complex projects performed on the technological network in order to lead and support BU Eurasia Security teams in this matter;
• Identify, evaluate, architect and design future network security products based on business demands and technology direction;
• Introduce and apply best practices for core network security design from the technical point of view;
• Oversee, approve, and accountable for all changes in the technological network security environment;
• Participate in project work and troubleshooting related to BU Eurasia network operations;
• Ensure sufficient level of security for Core NE (HLR, TSS, MSS, STP), RAN Network (RNC, BSC), Virtual Core Network Open Stack hardening;
• Identify, architect, design and implement flexible, responsive, and secure technology services;
• Research and evaluate infrastructure strategies, hardware/software, security and networking products;
• Develop and manage budgets for the Core, RAN, SS7 Signaling networks that align with BU Eurasia business objectives;
• Provide recommendations to increase maturity level of the technological network security processes and components;
• Educate and mentor technology support local staff as needed, including requisite training on technology and governance

Requirements:

• Deep technical knowledge in network security architecture, authentication, security protocols, access control, cryptography, and application security;
• Understanding of operating systems, security protocols, firewalls, micro services, and other network infrastructure components;
• Demonstrated technical understanding of technologies, tools, and processes within the ecosystem of the network technologies, including routing & switching, traffic management (e.g. load balancing, DNS) and firewalls, networking protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, MPLS, OSPF, BGP;
• Excellent understanding of SS7, C7 over IP, LDAP, MUD, protocols is mandatory;
• Hands-on experience in designing and deploying large scale-out network technologies;
• Ability to research, analyze and resolve complex problems with minimal supervision and escalate issues as appropriate;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Experience in leading process improvement initiatives
