Due to the global development of our company, we are looking for a Senior Accountant, Kyiv, Ukraine:

Main Responsibilities:

• Issuance of primary documents on foreign counteragents: accounts, acts of acceptance and transfer of services, acts of netting; correspondence with non-residents;
• Control of sending documents to counterparts;
• Formation of incoming documents on services of non-residents in 1С program, currency control;
• Maintenance of individual tables for non-standard customers;
• Proofreading of contracts related to non-residents for operating and administrative activities in English (settlement conditions) for tax and financial risks;
• Control of payment of receivables;
• Participation in various operational projects from the financial department;
• Formation of internal reports on debt;
• Calculation of late fees to counterparties;
• Registration of outgoing tax invoices;
• Maintaining the primary accounting, tax, managing the Company's accounting in other areas.

Requirements:

• 2 years of relevant work experience;
• Master’s degree (Accounting and Audit, Economics, Finance, Economic Cybernetics);
• PC advanced user (1C 8.2, MS Office; Outlook, Liga-Businessinform, MeDoc);
• English – Upper-intermediate level;
• Knowledge of the legislative base of tax accounting, national accounting standards;
• Ability to make decisions independently and bear responsibility for them;
• Focus on results, ability and desire to work in a team;
• Excellent communication and strong diplomatic skills;
• Ability to excel in a fast moving and dynamic environment.
