Responsibilities:

∙ To review accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations and make or direct correcting entries.

∙ To interact with vendors to correct documents

∙ To maintain and update documents archive

∙ To post AP (Accounts Payable), GA (General accounting transactions) , T&E (travel & expenses) transactions and documents review; reconciliations

∙ To prepare documents for currency control;

∙ to support assets inventory ;

∙ To post data to various ledgers, registers, journals and logs following established accounting techniques and procedures.

∙ Reconciliation

∙ Ad-hoc requests;

Qualifications:

• University degree, major in Finance/Accounting;
• Minimum 3 years working experience at accountant position (preferably at the multinational company);
• Experience with collection and analysis of accounting data;
• 1C Advanced user (1C 8.3, 1C 8.2)
• Good practical knowledge of Ukrainian accounting standards and Ukrainian tax regulations;
• Good communication and networking skills
• Computer proficient including 1C, MeDoc, MS Office skills
• Intermediate level of English, fluent Ukrainian/Russian is a must
