OpsWorks Inc. is a Ukrainian-based professional DevOps and system administration company delivering complex IT engineering solutions and remote support services. We are looking to expand our team with a Business Development Manager, who will drive the entire sales cycle, establish and develop сustomer service collaboration.

This is a full-time and a long-term position.

Your Qualifications/Skills:

  • Experience in active sales 2 years;

  • Experience selling IT services at least 1 year;

  • Experience working with Upwork or other freelance workplaces;

  • Generation and processing of leads to secure high conversion rates and stable cash flow

  • Experience in running presentations for customers of “enterprise” type

  • Experience in identification of decision making persons within corporations for successful deal accomplishment

  • Experience in building and maintenance of long-term relationships with customers

  • Experience of selling of premium products or services

  • Experience monitoring and processing incoming leads via different sales channels (corporate website and social network pages, forums, blogs);

  • Experience in B2B sales on US and EU markets;

  • Upper Intermediate English level is a must;

  • Fluent Russian/Ukrainian is a must;

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;

  • Strong negotiation skills;

  • High degree of responsibility, strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize needs;

  • Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills.

You will be responsible for:

  • Searching for new sources for leads;

  • Searching for potential clients on Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.;

  • Identifying new business opportunities and providing proposals on how to develop them;

  • Contract negotiations;

  • Providing ongoing support for current and new clients;

  • Nice to have:

  • Experience in selling system administration and DevOps services;

  • Willing to set targets and reach them;

  • Experience working with CRM tools;

  • Remote working experience.
