RESPONSIBILITIES

· Prepare and execute orders for administrative and economic activities

· Maintain full-time personnel records (documenting receptions, dismissals, transfers, vacations, managing personal files of employees, drafting orders, time sheets)

· Control documents flow

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s, Specialist’s or Master’s Degree (economics, law sphere preferably)

· 2+ work experience on a similar position

· Knowledge of the Ukrainian labor legislation

· Expertise in the program 1С8 ZUP

· Confident PC user, knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Experience in keeping personnel records (admission, dismissals, decrees, holidays)

· Diligence, attentiveness, sociability

· Good analytical skills

· Stress-resistance

· Intermediate or higher English level (B1+)
