US company is seeking Purchasing Manager with location in Kiev

Job description includes:

• Creating Purchase Orders
• Follow up on placed Purchase Orders by reviewing Purchase Orders and contacting Vendors.
• Follow up on placed Sales Orders by reviewing Sales Orders and answering Customer questions.
• Predicting inventory needs and stocking suggestions
• Reviewing purchase history and slow moving inventory
• Professional Communication with our Inside & Outside Sales along with Vendors and Reps via Phone, Email & Slack.

Attributes/Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills in English Speaking & Writing
• Use computer Sales / Purchasing / Inventory program, Slack, Google, Emails, Microsoft Excel & Word and shipping cost
• Must have strong internet connection
• Ability to work between 8am to 4:45pm PST Monday through Friday Full Time.
• Must be highly motivated and problem solving type personality
• High Productivity and strong organizational skills
• Adaptable, Flexible, Dependable
• Must be able to take criticism
• Must be able to handle stress, this position involves large dollar amount orders and effects all sales.
• Knowledge of Eclipse and OzLink is a plus, otherwise the applicant will have training
