We are looking for a creative and client oriented Senior Project Manager with an innovative and value-driven mindset. We offer you the opportunity to play a key role in our professional and ambitious team.

You will be leading the ERP product development and implementation for one of the largest metal processing companies in Europe and North America. It includes an overall management of the product development team. Crucial elements is a communication with customer representatives including manufacturing in-field leaders, both remote and within the business trips.

Areas of Responsibility

• Hold end-to-end responsibility for the client relations
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage client expectations
• Process all issues and escalations if any appear from the client side
• Perform supervision over projects and deliveries portfolio
• Ensure effectiveness of delivery process including proper usage of methodology and tools by the outsourcing team
• Ensure qualitative service-based delivery
• Process issues escalated by the team
• Be responsible for proper reporting

Qualifications

• Proven successful experience (4+ years) in managing deliveries in IT Software Development area
• Excellent understanding of project management, Agile principles, SCRUM, software development processes
• Advanced leadership and people management abilities
• Proactive, result oriented personality, with an ability for broad thinking
• Strong commitment to producing business values for both Infopulse and the clients
• Deep understanding of design- and value-driven development approach
• Strong problem-solving skills. Very detailed oriented and fast-learner
• Readiness for business trips to Europe and US
• Advanced English is a must
