Our client, a well-known pharmaceutical company, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager.

Major Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruitment duties and support of HRBPs in arranging interview related tasks (e.g., schedule interview appointments, prepare interview documents, post-interview follow-up);
• Preparing monthly HR analytics reports: turnover reports, headcount reports, hiring status reports, etc.;
• Support/Lead employer branding activities;
• Ensure recruiting of best-in-class talent for key positions at predefined level within the organization, in close cooperation with the respective Hiring Managers;
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need;
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Utilize the Internet for recruitment (post positions to appropriate Internet sources; use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates);
• Selection, briefing & interaction with recruitment providers;
• Perform other special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Higher education;
• 2+ years of successful relevant experience;
• Advanced PC user (MS Office);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong attention to details;
• English - upper-intermediate+.
