Medium-sized pharmaceutical production company SPERCO UKRAINE is looking for best candidate to fill the position of Finance controller.

Finance controller will be in charge of controlling of the production entity located in central region of Ukraine as well as several SPVs located abroad and will report to CFO.

Group is carrying out ambitious plans as to market growth. Position requires highly motivated person to be able to produce accurate management reports and valuable advice to the management. Person will be involved in other tasks, also regarding setting up policies, procedures and other matters that will strengthen Company’s corporate culture and document workflow.

Location: Kiev (business trips to central region of Ukraine)

Functions:

1. Management reporting and analysis / advise on results;
2. Supervision and improvement of statutory accounting;
3. IFRS reporting;
4. Controlling of daily operations (CF\ procurement \;logistics\ S&M, etc.)
5. Design and implementation of strict controls to ensure efficient and accurate business operations are in place;
6. Control of other group companies (non-residents);
7. Leading budgeting process, forecasting and scenario analysis;
8. Design and development of business processes and accounting policies;
9. Participation in related IT projects (ERP implementation);
10. Ad hoc analytics;
11. Communication with external auditors, abroad advisors and service contractors.

Profile:

Proficient in IFRS and statutory accounting

Experience in phrama industry is a plus

Big 4 background\ at least Senior 1 level is mandatory

English is not less then upper intermediate

Technical skills: MS Excel (advanced user is a must), 1C
