Key Responsibilities:
Gross to Net (G2N) management
- Design, implement and lead robust process of G2N management aligned with key stakeholders and processes
- Work closely with finance net revenue lead to ensure data accuracy, process discipline and regular insight generation
- Drive G2N understanding and capabilities development for all involved departments
Promotional effectiveness management
- Set promotional framework per brand/channel/customer based on brand strategy
- Establish and lead robust process and deliver tools for promotion evaluation to maximize ROI (competitors activities tracking, market data, best practices) insights
Brand portfolio pricing
- Lead pricing process for entire portfolio to optimize price positioning in line with brand strategy
- Translate brand price positioning into channel/customer price strategy and capture potential price increase opportunity
- Support NPI process with price recommendation
Price pack architecture
- Set KPIs and tracking of strategy implementation
- Review strategy annually during planning process, adjust to manage risk or to capture opportunity
Active mix management
- Using market data and insights build channel/customer segmentation
- Recommend investment allocation to maximize effectiveness
- Support channel/customer/brand/SKU mix strategy development
NRM culture and principles
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply organization to ensure NRM priorities are embedded and delivered across functions
- Run advanced channel P&Ls and KAs diagnostics for sales and profitability growth
- Develop capabilities and knowledge of NRM and trade methodologies, analyze output and translate that to other members of the organization
- Build network with NRM across Area and beyond to ensure best practice sharing
