Вакансія Quality manager (KZ 8008)

Our Client, international manufacturing company with production facilities in Western Ukraine, is looking for Quality Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

• working with all levels in the organization and supporting functions to improve product quality performance with ultimate goal of Zero Defect;
• driving to conclusion all action items assigned to the team members and other supporting functions;
• managing both internal and external customer audits;
• driving regulatory and compliance certifications as appropriate (ISO 9001);
• provide guidance and expectations for Quality Strategic Planning Process;
• supervising new customer, product introduction process through NPIs, APQPs projects;
• coaching all Quality Engineering personnel to enable independence and ownership of their efforts;
• working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers;
• reviewing all relevant policies and procedures with direct reports and within the organization related to product quality.

Main Requirements:

• 5 years' of relevant work experience (experience with ISO/TS 16949, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA);
• managerial experience, strong leadership skills;
• ability to interface and communicate with different levels of the organization, and the customers;
• strong working knowledge of the MS Office;
• high command of written and verbal English;
• Lean / 6 Sigma knowledge would be a plus.
