Requirements:

• Academic background (master's degree, preferably in law or economics, communications)
• Fluency in both written and spoken English, Ukrainian and Russian
• Strong analytical, business documentation and problem solving skills
• Ability to plan, service, and supervise a variety of meetings and events
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of regulatory environment and government structure
• Computer proficiency: MS Office
• Being able to work independently and take initiative, when needed
• Being attentive to details, polite and patient in every-day routine matters

Key responsibilities:

• Tracking industry information and legislation in the Internet
• Tracking Committee's internal and external correspondence
• Arranging meetings and events, preparing documentation for Committee meetings
• Preparation, ensuring approval, signing, print, registration of draft letters to state authorities, as well as duly submission to all addresses
• Ensuring support and update of contact database, Terrasoft database regular update
• Compilation of information for drafting reports, newsletters, PR messages, articles etc.
• Communication with member companies on problematic issues, ensuring necessary feedbacks
• Keeping track of the Association's procedures, meeting internal requests, adherence to the internal compliance rules
