Вакансія Assistant, Clinical Trials Subcommittee (CTS)

This role suggests an opportunity for a self-organised and proactive professional to join our Health Care Committee Team in the Lobbying Department.

Requirements:

• Academic background (master's degree, preferably, but not restricted to, natural sciences, health care management)
• Strong analytical, research, business documentation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to plan, service, and supervise events' organization and contractor's activities
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Ukrainian
• Computer proficiency: MS Office
• Ability to deliver high quality outputs within challenging deadlines
• Ability to process information and timely provide useful updates
• Ability to ensure proper coordination of activities involving stakeholders
• Being a team-player along with being able to work independently and take initiative
• Knowledge of regulatory environment and the government structure is an asset

Key responsibilities:

• Follow-up of HCC CTS positions submitted to the attention of state authorities
• Search and preliminary analysis of relevant information and legislation
• Arrange CTS meetings and meetings with state authorities and third parties
• Regular communication with state authorities and stakeholders on priority issues
• Ensure internal approval of CTS positions and relevant technical support
• Ensure storage and regular update of contact database
• Analysis of materials to ensure publications in mass media, timely responses to mass media requests, support of mass media communication
• Prepare draft documents, presentations etc. as required
