About us:

We're IO Technologies - IT company providing analytics products, with big international data team of 50 people. Just 3 years ago we came up with an idea and developed a platform for collecting and processing data which nowadays processes more than 6 billion events per day working on more than 300 physical and virtual servers.

We are developing a product that collects statistics, analyzes data and distributes them to reports in such a way that makes complex analytics clear to a usual author, editor, marketer, and manager.

Currently, we're looking for a person to join our team as a Chief financial officer.

Main requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting
• at least 1 year of experience in managing people
• extensive knowledge of IFRS and UA GAAP
• management skills and experience with systematic performance evaluation
• understanding of international legislation and corporate governance
• experience with budgeting and cash-flows
• strong communication skills
• knowledge of 1C, MS Office
• experience of bank account opening will be a plus
• advanced English is highly required
• working experience with Big 4 will be a plus
• practical experience with COSO framework

Main responsibilities:

• monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to management and shareholders
• managing people in department and designing personal development plan of employees
• managing budgeting process (on a monthly basis)
• cash flow planning on a daily basis (ensuring economic safety of the company)
• strategic communication with banks and key vendors
• overseeing of an accounting process
• preparation of monthly consolidated FS
• permanent development of optimization measures for tax volume and group's legal structure
• analysis and implementation of risk decreasing mechanisms
• development of corporate policies
• managing of costing process and permanent cost controlling
• regular communication with shareholders on company's activity
• initial negotiations during the fundraising process
