Вакансія Senior PHP Developer/Scrum Master

Our client is a Fin-Tech Startup in Cologne, which provides a complete solution for subscription-models. They handle the payment processing, dunning and receivables management as well as they offer their customers the analysis of payment flows and accounting. In this way they prevent payment losses, save hours of administrative work and improve the customer loyality. What is special about them: While similar services are standard in the eCommerce, they take care of non-digitized companies which so far have no access to modern payment processing.

They are looking for a skilled PHP Developer/scrum Master to join their team. You will be an important part of their team.

Responsibilities include:

Development

• Develop an API driven back-end;
• Optimise functions;
• Create new functionality (charts, stats, reports, etc);
• Some front-end work (HTML, Angular, Bootstrap);
• Bug fixing, write unit tests;
• Work closely with product owner;
• Demonstrating results of product development.

Scrum Master

• Discuss all new tickets for the sprint with the CTO;
• Lead the Sprint planning;
• Track progress;
• Explain tickets to the team, first port of call for development questions;
• Escalate issues and questions from the Dev’s to the CTO.

Skills required:

• 5+ years of professional PHP software development experience and 1+ years of experience in a Scrum Master;
• Good knowledge of PHP, Docker, Mysql;
• Experience with: Angular, HTML, Boorstrap;
• To be familiar with: AWS, MongoDB, Git.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Process
• Excellent communication skills and good flexibility;
• The ability to learn new technology knowledge fast — and to have an urge for this;
• Flexible and adaptable to work with a variety of technology and business challenges
• Excellent and proven problem solving ability;
• Good written and spoken communications in English.
