International software technological Company — iDeals Solutions opens a new position for Data Quality Specialist in its Kiev office.

The Data Entry & Quality Control Specialist is responsible for supporting Sales and Analytics department by assisting with data extraction, perform quality assurance for data integrity and accuracy by conducting an analysis of the incoming data.

To succeed, you must be flexible and be able to easily accommodate changing requirements, be able to quickly understand the similarities and differences between different datasets, and proactively seek out ways to improve and scale up our dataset building efforts.

Desired skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree or final year students
• Advanced or higher writing and speaking English
• Portuguese writing and speaking - advanced
• Perseverance, attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills, management of deadlines and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Excel
• Experience in sales will be a plus

Responsibilities:

• Extract needful data from calls and emails
• Validate incoming information
• Evaluate the quality of communication with clients
• Report and maintain records of leads and opportunities in CRM
