Requirements:

— Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

— Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

— Technical expertise in web systems architecture, design and development with Java Tech Stack

— Able to be a “big picture” thinker

— Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead

— Experience with technologies: Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, AWS, JavaScript.

Will be a plus:

— In-depth understanding of the industry

— Experience with AI, ML, and NLP

— Experience with React.js

— Experience in building scalable and highly loaded solutions

— Two years in management or leadership role

Responsibilities:

— Identifies, compares, selects and implements technology solutions to meet current and future needs

— Works closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements

— Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity

— Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developments

— Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics

— Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture

— Reviews and approves proposed development releases
