The Administration Assiatant is responsible for following all process, procedures and documentation related to student’s enrolment. Provide administrative, project, and executive support.

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher

At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.

Possess strong organizational skills, ability to pay close attention to details

Provide strong and clear communication, customer service, and inter-personal skills

Ability to work independently

Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on

sensitive, confidential issues.

Ability to plan, develop, and coordinate multiple projects.

Skill in the use of database management.

It skills: Pack Office, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat reader DC, Skype, etc.

Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

Responsible for following all process, procedures and documentation related to student’s enrolment.

Generate and validate grades for certificates

Provides assistance in the understanding and interpretation of Envirotech policies and procedures, as appropriate.

Analyze the information and documentation presented by the clients and/or agencies related to the visa application process.

Communicate with students and follow up all opened issues to ensure to keep them up-dated.

Ensure all relevant data is maintained through the CRM System.

Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies with students and agencies.

Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Conditions:

Full working day, remote position

from 09.00 till 17.00 QLD time — 02.00 till 09.00 Kiev time
