Sales Operations support Netcracker Global Sales team as information center.

Sales Ops support back-office activities for both sales and pre-sales resources during pre-sale stage and consolidate sales data flow to provide accurate analytics to sales management.

Sales Operations provide Management and stakeholders with necessary information for managerial decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating activities of Demo Development department during their work cycle (new request; staffing; work in progress; on time work completion);
• Organizing recurring meetings for Demo Development management;
• Tracking timeline activities;
• Preparing regular & ad-hoc reporting;
• Work in CRM systems;
• Answering inquiries / checking additional necessary information regarding pre-sales time tracking;
• Tracking/ controlling of time of Employees spent on pre-sales activities;
• Building and maintaining ad-hoc reporting for Senior Management.

Qualifications:

• English – fluent/Upper-Intermediate;
• Operational experience with the following packages: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Outlook;
• Work experience in international company is advantage;
• Personal features: persistent; accurate, responsible, efficient, motivated, proactive, communicative person with analytical mind.
