We search for Business Analyst with strong knowledge and working experience in:

Education:

•  Master degree or higher
• Degree in Computer Science or similar (desirable)
• Business education (desirable)

Specialized knowledge:

•  Knowledge of requirements management tools
• Understanding of software development company operating specifics 
• Understanding of software development methodologies
• Understanding of general management and project management
• Knowledge of key business analysis tasks, elements and techniques
• Understanding of requirements engineering techniques
• Understanding of modeling techniques and approaches
• Understanding of business process modeling

Skills & Abilities:

• Deep analytical skills
• Good advisory skills
• Good management skills (setting clear objectives and managing priorities)
•  Self-management and self-organization
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills an absolute must
• Ability to work under pressure and in different environments
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to handle multi-tasking activities
• Initiative and pro-active skills and flexibility
• Good leadership and teambuilding skills
• Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills
• Good negotiation skills/abilities
• Ability to learn quickly in order to understand different business areas
• Ability to work independently and apply individual judgment and self-direction with limited supervision.

 

Professional Certification:

•  IIBA’s CBAP (Desirable)

Experience:

• Industry related experience 5+ years
• Proven communicator/presenter
• Experience in the business analysis 2+ years

Working Conditions:

• Highly responsible work and tight schedule
• Simultaneous handling and fast processing of multiple tasks
• Long-term onsite visits
• Frequent traveling
