Вакансія Accountant in an International company

Responsibilities:

• Daily payments orders to vendors, domestic and InterCo
• Preparation of required documents to bank for InterCo payments (contract, invoice)
• Petty Cash operations, control over WI cash book and cash deposits to the bank, ensure cash discipline compliance.
• Reconciliation for bank accounts, cash.
• Inventory booking for 1C and cost of sales calculation, accounting for COS
• Participation in inventory checking
• Inventory reconciliation between Oracle and 1C Enterprise
• FA booking in 1C, preparation of FA Act’s
• Depreciation calculation in 1C for financial and tax accounting
• Inventory and FA in Oracle.
• Reconciliation between Oracle and 1C local software for inventory, COS, FA.
• Controlling of inventory movements and inventory documents flow
• Daily vendor payments in Oracle

Requirements:

• High education on economics/finance/accounting or relevant work experience
• At least 3 years of experience at Accountant position in an International company
• Good knowledge of local GAAP in part of goods, FA and bank operations accounting
• Experienced in PC-based accounting systems;
• Experienced EXCEL user
• English language (Intermediate as minimum)
• Knowledge of ERP systems, ORACLE is a plus
• Positive attitude, open minded, team player, well organized, can meet deadlines on time, good communication skills
