Short description: It’s a great opportunity to get an experience with innovative cloud technologies, a full stack of programming languages and move forward to the DevOps Community.Requirements:English level (intermediate)Experience in Linux servers administrationMicrosoft Windows 2008−2012 Servers knowledge and experience is preferable.Knowledge/experience of basic Internet services/protocols and their Linux implementations (DNS, HTTP (S), SSH, SMTP (S), FTP, FISH)Understanding of virtualization technologies' differences, experience with either of modern virtualization solutions' as an advantage.Experience/knowledge of Jira, Zendesk, Zabbix is preferableEasy to communicate, easy to learn, analytical thinkingResponsibilities:Providing the L2 24|7 awesome technical support for the partners.Processing & triaging incoming requests for the technical support serviceResearch, diagnose (testing, identifying and documenting of a mistake reason and riddance steps), troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issuesFollow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams with proper problems registration and descriptionProviding prompt and accurate feedback to customersEnsure proper recording and closure of all issuesDocument knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articlesBenefits:A professional international teamMeetings with the techstars of the worldA competitive salaryA comfortable office and working environment
