Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to Director in developing and implementing the plans and goals of charitable organisation Hope and Homes for Children (www.hopeandhomes.org.ua) which includes: Work with the Director to coordinate and supervise daily operationsMonitor attainment of objectivesPrepare reports and PowerPoint presentations, create spreadsheets and charts, maintain databases, analyse and structure the information Handle the correspondence with Head OfficeMaintain scheduling the eventsCoordinate various aspects of internal communicationProvide oral and written translationFulfil duties as assigned by the directorPosition requirements: Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail Strong communication skills English proficiency in both speaking and writingExpected to act proactively and without much supervisionProven experience as assistant director or other similar positionExperience in performance and operations managementProficient in MS Office, relational databases and softwareAptitude in problem-solvingPlease, email your most recent CV and cover letter For more details please call +38 044 483 29 79 Deadline: 16 August 2018
