Вакансія Assistant for Service Delivery Management for Ciklum (Kyiv)

For a growing department, Ciklum is looking for Service Delivery Assistant to join our strong and professional team. We are looking for a passionate Service Delivery Assistant who will work with and assist our Service Delivery Managers in interfacing with the wider Ciklum organization.

Responsibilities:

• Administrative support to Service Delivery Manager
• Function as liaison between Service Delivery Managers and Ciklum Administration
• Follow up on Service tickets (Invoicing, Procurement, IT, Administrative Department, Concierge)
• Analytical reports and presentations preparation
• Ad-hoc support for Service Delivery Management

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Jira is an advantage
• Service-minded personality with good interpersonal skills
• Problem solving attitude and attention to detail
• Able to work on several tasks at the same time
• Advanced in English - Both in writing and orally
• Proactive, stress resistant person
• Quick-learner and multitasker
