We are looking for embedded software engineers with strong software experience architecture, embedded systems, IOT solutions development, etc. The ideal candidate will feel making decisions and implementing efficient code and best design practices.

About the Position:

1. Develop integrations with the best technology available across multiple product categories - home automation, sensors, IP cameras and more.
2. Implement solutions with low-power radio protocols and APIs (e.g. Zigbee, BLE, proprietary protocols, etc).
3. Maintain Linux operating system and configuration for IoT controller.
4. Port OS image to new hardware platforms.

Key qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
2. 1+ years of experience in embedded software development and knowledge of wireless communication protocols.
3. Programming experience on Linux and C/C++.

Preferred qualifications:

1. Experience designing, manufacturing, and testing reliable electronic systems.
2. Experience with microcontrollers (ARM Cortex M0 - M4, 8051, MIPS).
3. Experience with hardware/software integration.
4. Experience setting up embedded toolchains, building, and debugging environments.
5. Experience with Wi-Fi, BLE, Zigbee, TCP/IP stacks in an embedded environment.
6. Experience with RTOS desired.
7. Demonstrated experience using best practice software development - requirements capture, design reviews, code reviews, coding conventions.
