OBJECTIVES

Homologation and certification = Master and ensure the homologation and certification processes in order to import securely our products

Custom = To Guarantee quality application of customs procedures for flows in Ukraine

RESPONSIBILITIES

Homologation & certification:

I centralize all rules and regulations about products and packaging, and master the information with our brands, in order to guarantee that 100% that we sold in Ukraine are certified and conform.

Custom :

I guarantee quality application of customs regulations/procedures specific to my customs zone, by coordinating analyses/actions to set up at operational level, in order to maintain the company's credibility with customs authorities.

I organize customs activity : manage brokers ; risk analysis ; process for custom duties

I coordinate custom clearance : calculate a transport and customs price ; optimize process ; guarantee lead times ; goods declaration.

I communicate with custom authorities ; group and local management of Decathlon ; internal branches (production subsidiaries, warehouse, ...).
