Вакансія Junior People Partner for Ciklum (Kyiv)

Ciklum is looking for driven and successful Junior People Partner to join our team in Kiev office.

We are looking for HR specialist who is motivated to assist our driving & dynamic team of talented People Partners and is motivated to grow within the team.

Responsibilities:

Onboarding:

Weekly setting meetings with all newcomers based on PP and newcomer calendars making sure all newcomers receive timely introduction.

Performance management:

• ​Assisting in organization of engagement / satisfaction surveys (sending links for surveys, meeting scheduling, room booking)
• Analyzing big amount of data in Excel (merging feedback forms, survey results, create graphs, charts, formulas)
• Creating presentations in Power Point

L&D activities:

• ​Ciklum room or external venue preparation for courses and workshops (room booking, IT equipment)
• Ordering and organizing coffee breaks and lunch for events
• Ordering printing materials, souvenirs and POS-materials
• Processing procurement and payment tickets
• Supporting BT organization process for cross-locational events
• Sending calendar invites, feedback forms and calling participants

Employee engagement:

• ​Assisting with benefit requests (English classes, insurance, sports, etc.)
• Researching data for team events, educational and fun team buildings
• Cooperating with PR on branding, ordering branding materials
• Providing any additional support (buying gifts, cakes, flowers etc.)
• HR operational support:
• Supporting in HR administration and organizational activities (exit checklists, send notifications, etc.)

Requirements:

• Experience in HR area is highly preferred and desire to grow in this field
• Successful experience in working within international environment
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Great desire to work with people
• Excellent command of English (there is intensive daily both written and verbal communication with English speaking colleagues)
