Our client is an international FMCG company looking for a Junior category buyer

Responsibilities:

• In close cooperation with Category Buyers actively participate in delivering country strategic commercial agreements in Indirect Technical Materials (Сapex, MRO, Hard FM - ventilation, Electricity, Fire Safety, etc.);
• Take part in negotiations with suppliers to bring added value to the procurement process for selected categories;
• Constantly expand knowledge and conduct market analysis within the assigned Categories to generate initiatives on continuous improvement of the efficiency of procurement process in the assigned categories;
• Develop effective relationships and continuous cooperation with internal stakeholders and suppliers;
• Coordinate the process of contracts signing, initiate internal approval process via on-line corporate resources, manage the associated document flow;
• Provide administrative support in the implementation of Global Projects at the Country and Cluster level.

• Higher education (University degree preferably with economics or numerical basis);
• Minimum 2-year experience of procurement experience with FMCG company;
• Upper-intermediate level of oral and written English;
• Confident user of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point, SAP would be a plus
• Excellent organizational, negotiation / communication skills (both internally and externally);
• Team player, self-driven, taking initiative, enthusiastic;
• Ready to consider temporary employment (1-year contract with potential prolongation).
