Вакансія Project Manager (IT infrastructure, Cloud services)

Infopulse Ukraine is looking for a Project Manager (IT infrastructure) to work full-time in Kiev office.

Responsibilities for this position will include (but are not limited to):

• working as a delivery coordinator/project manager in managing IT implementation projects portfolio;
• assuming major responsibility for customer satisfaction and quality of deliverables;
• managing resources and people;
• executing tasks and reporting on service performance;
• administering detailed project plans for all sub-projects and activities;
• documenting project decisions / keeping minutes of meetings;
• providing follow-ups on daily support requests and status of project activities;
• managing communications between departments, as well as between project teams and customers;
• other administrative tasks.

Successful candidates should correspond to the following minimal required competencies:

• proven 3-5 years' experience as a Project Manager or a Team Lead for IT projects managing complex infrastructure projects within diverse medium to large environments;
• well-developed analytical skills, ability to meet deadlines;
• well-developed ability to focus on customer demands and establish partnership relations;
• experience in working with a team varying in personalities and psychological characteristics;
• ability to demonstrate a positive approach, flexibility, and self-initiative;
• language proficiency - good spoken English is an advantage, extensive experience in written English/documentation writing;
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• strong customer-oriented and goal-oriented approach;
• understanding of windows/server platform, networking, storage, cloud and virtualization technologies will be a strong advantage.
