Targeted at high-potential young graduates, our Future Moves program is designed to develop our future talents in 2 years!

This program offers each of the participants the chance to experience, in an accelerated sequence, a wide range of different roles and responsibilities that will constitute a real career booster for them! Future Moves is also a real community of keen young graduates who share a desire for international experiences, professional challenges and strong human relations.

Our programme

Our graduate program take place over two years:

The first year will take place in your country of origin to discover your future business and will be punctuated by 3 months at the heart of our activities in one of our platforms to know our jobs.

The second year aims to open the doors of the international market with 2 missions of 3 months in 2 of our 14 countries.

These periods of professional immersion are completed by international training designed to reinforce the acquisition of technical and managerial skills. In addition, all participants will be personally supported by a mentor who will ensure their successful integration and with whom they will be able to interact on a regular basis in a privileged relationship.

To summarize: 4 professional challenges, an international experience, an ad hoc training program and personalized support for two exciting years discovering the Supply Chain business!

Moreover after the program, you will evolve to responsibility position within FM Logistic Group.

Your profile

• You are from an engineering school, business school or university graduated in 2016, 2017 or 2018.
• You have had some initial experience abroad (training placement or university exchange)
• You speak English and another language fluently
