Вакансія IT Administrator

The IT Administrative Assistant is responsible for various administrative tasks related to IT operations, for executing processes to support the IT function and for identifying opportunities for efficiencies and automation of processes. This person will work with IT staff, other departments, or third parties to implement more efficient administrative IT processes.

Responsibilities:

• Administration and reporting of our Zendesk support ticket system (proper training will be provided)
• Creation of schedules of support staff
• Purchasing IT equipment
• Handling the IT warehouse and paperwork
• Reporting and administration of mobile phone operator contracts
• Interacts with company personnel at all organizational levels
• Answering phones occasionally

Our candidate must be:

1. English speaker (upper-intermediate level or Advanced) Polish a big plus!
2. Well organized
3. Team player
4. Stress tolerance especially with tight deadlines
5. Demonstrates quality results with attention to detail
