InterContinental Kyiv is looking now for Payroll Specialist / General Cashier

Job Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in Accounting and salary calculation is a must
• Knowledge of program 1C 8.2.
• Strong team player
• Upper - Intermediate level of English language

Responsibilities:

• Controlling and closing the process of salary at the end of the month
• Preparation information required for salary calculation
• Monitor reports with documentation on salaries
• Preparing and controlling the annual accounts and taxes reports
• Perform the Daily Banking involving the collection of banking envelopes from safes, opening, counting and balancing as a whole
• Issue and return house bank contracts as required and prepare house bank accounts summary on a monthly basis
• Liaise with Department Heads about cashiering matters
• Liaise with income auditor and finance team in general
