We are currently recruiting an Account manager to join our Sales team Essity Consumer Goods, Ukraine. The position is preferable based in Kharkiv. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager. Apply today to be part of our double-digit growth organization full of exciting opportunities.

Main Tasks

  • Direct participation in the process of developing routes for the sales representatives and supply realization by the relevant departments of the distributor
  • Fulfillment of the sales plan for the defined period, providing for the fulfillment of the tasks, set by the management for the sales group of the distributor on the territory, entrusted to him/her
  • Providing for the distribution of Company’s produce of the defined range with respect to the category assigned to the customer, increasing the number of the active sales outlets (customers) on the assigned territory, and search of new customers
  • Controlling and providing for the fulfillment by the retail outlets of the duties, undertaken by them according to the agreements, prescribed in the contract and in the supplements to the contract between them and the distributor
  • Possession of a detailed information on the sales outlets location, the availability of Company’s produce in them
  • Increasing Company’s market share in all the sales channels

Key Competencies

  • University degree
  • Work experience in the sales department on the position of the sales representative of not less than a year
  • Knowledge of the management basics, psychology and ethics of business relations
  • Knowledge of the business conducting conditions and market situation
  • Knowledge of company’s range of goods, basic prices and pricing policy
  • Skills of conducting negotiations
  • PC literacy
