Coca-Cola HBC is the biggest bottler and vendor of Coca-Cola products in Europe and currently we are looking for Account Payable Supervisor

The Accounts Payable (A/P) Supervisor oversees and coordinates the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable team, manage the end-to-end accounts payable process by ensuring efficiency in workflow and continuous improvement in processes. A successful supervisor will demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous improvement and team cross-functionally with other groups.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on performing all A/P core tasks
• Ensure staff of Accounts Payable apply proper policies and procedures as it relates to paying vendors.
• Manage performance of staff of 4 A/P team members to ensure they achieve departmental and company goals
• Support the monthly close process
• Inter-company balancing and settlement

Main requirements:

• University degree
• Full A/P cycle experience (minimum 1-2 year)
• Leadership experience
• Strong attention to detail as well as the ability to solve problems quickly.
• SAP knowledge preferred (ERP)
• Strong communication skills, flexibility and adaptability
• English (Intermediate level minimum)
