POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS

Impact

• AP to local and foreign vendors
• Checking and booking AP documents in Oracle,
• Daily Statutory accounting
• Monthly supporting of VAT reporting
• Accounting adjustments between financial and tax accounting
• InterCo invoices, contracts and accounting
• AP monthly reconciliation
• Checking and booking AP documents in Oracle
• Income Tax return, breakdown
• Supporting in collecting documents from vendors
• Statutory (statistic) reporting – other than BS and PL

Communication

• Internal: Colleagues in the Ukrainian office and Moscow office
• External: Tax authorities, Auditors, Banks, Vendors, 3rd Party’s staff in Ukraine

Innovation

• Constant tax legislation monitoring, changes implementation

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• High accounting/ financial education
• 3+ working experience as a Senior accountant, auditor
• Experience with Accounts Payable, General Ledger. Preparations of statutory VAT reports

ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Knowledge of statutory accounting
• Knowledge of statutory tax accounting rules, tax legislation
• Fluent English
• Advanced user of PC, good knowledge of Excel and Word
• Working experience with the accounting software, preferably 1C system
• Knowledge of Oracle or other ERP system is a plus
