COMPANY

Our client is an international company working in the sphere of Agrobusiness (Seeds) with production and R&D facilities in Ukraine.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure market research and competitors’ analysis;
• Contribute to the development of the Marketing strategy;
• Select the product portfolio for the local market, identify business opportunities; develop the pricing policy;
• Launch new products on the market;
• Develop and implement various promotional activities and loyalty programs for clients and partners;
• Support distributors in providing them with accurate marketing data and promo tools;
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key client
• Ensure productive cooperation with business partners (Advertising and Media agencies, POSM providers, Media etc.)
• Organize and actively participate in the Company’s events, conferences, etc.
• Build strong business relationships and cross-functional cooperation with Sales, Customer Service, Registration and other functions in the Company;

Candidate Profile:

• University Degree (Economics, Marketing);
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing;
• Deep understanding of Agro business (Seeds, Crop Protection);
• Strong analytical abilities, conceptual thinking;
• Can-do attitude, ability to work autonomously, take ownership for his/her work and results;
• Strong customer focus, good negotiation abilities;
• Good interpersonal and team-playing skills;
• Advanced level of English.
