A fast-growing international pharmaceutical services company is looking for a full-time Junior Legal Counsel.

Job description:

• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents, including in particular, clinical trial agreements
• Drafting, preparing and reviewing corporate documents
• Providing legal support within the legal department and cross-functionally to other PSI departments
• Supporting compliance with company's policies, procedures and instructions
• Identifying and researching various legal issues
• Assisting in any other legal or administrative matters as and when requested

We require:

• Degree in law (full-time education)
• At least 1 year of work experience as a Legal Counsel
• Fluent English (both spoken and written) is a must
• Sound knowledge of commercial, corporate and contract law
• Good communication and negotiations skills
• Legal drafting skills, in particular contract drafting
• Proficient user of standard MS Office Applications, in particular advanced-level user of MS Word
