Deloitte Ukraine is seeking for a Referent – analyst for managing partner (Junior position) to join our Kyiv office.

The role will involve:

• Implementation and maintenance of full-scope of administrative and executive support (including calendar, contacts, correspondence, appointments management);
• Effective coordination, conduction and follow-up of meetings and negotiations, both internal, external;
• Productive thorough meetings preparation (agenda, context, issues, proposed solutions, notes, follow-through);
• Professional preparation of presentations and keynotes according to the deadlines and requirements;
• Collect and consolidate data;
• Full informational and documentary support of Managing Partner activities.

To be considered you should possess:

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information;
• Dynamic, persistent and extremely well organized personality;
• Strong analytical & logical thinking
• Strong communication and presentation skills across all levels and functions;
• Strong command of MS office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English
