JustCoded is seeking a Junior+/Middle Project Manager with Scrum experience to join our Project Management team.

• Work closely with Account Manager and Business Analyst to determine the client’s business needs and transform them into project requirements
• Organise the development process and successfully deliver solutions
• Write specifications and project plans
• Manage risks and changes
• Control budget and monitor deadlines
• Drive your development team forward at all times

• 2+ years of Project Management related experience (Product Owner / Project Coordinator / Scrum Master)
• Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Degree, or equivalent professional experience
• 1+ years of proven experience in Web
• 1+ years of experience in Agile development
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills to make a critical assessment of the information from numerous sources
• Systems thinking and functional decomposition skills
• Setting clear goals and priorities
• Time-management, ability to handle multi-tasking activities
• Quick learning and high flexibility
• Ability to modify approach as per the changing conditions and feedback
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas effectively to both IT and business audiences
• Strong teamwork
• Strong presentation, leadership, business influence, and project management skills

• Creating visual analysis models like data flows, process flows, data modeling and others as applicable
• Knowledge of prototyping tools and mockups creation
• Knowledge of requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Knowledge of Agile approaches other than Scrum
