Job duties:

• Advise clients and companies on white-collar crimes including advising on regulatory investigations undertaken by both domestic and international regulators, whistle-blower investigations and fraud investigations issues;
• Representing clients in general and specialized courts of all levels (civil, commercial, administrative etc.) or before government agencies including before law enforcement agencies;
• Drafting various legal documents, briefs and opinions;
• Collection of evidence in order to commence a lawsuits or prepare a defense.

Key requirements:

• Attorney-at-law certificate;
• Outstanding academic credentials from a top Ukrainian law University;
• 5+ years of relevant work experience within the white collar crime sphere;
• Experience in conducting and managing litigation confidently with limited supervision;
• Solid understanding and awareness of litigation procedures;
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong analytical, legal writing and research skills;
• Perfect command of Ukrainian and Russian, advanced command of English (we encourage to apply those candidates who believe that they have remarkable skills even if the level of their English language proficiency is not fluent).
